Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is the first British musical theater show written by the team of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. Based on the “coat of many colors” story of Joseph from the Hebrew Bibles Book of Genesis, the show has very little spoken dialogue, it is sung through almost completely.
